Museums of the valley and Gastronomic visit of Caviar Nacarii

The Nacarii caviar is one of the jewels of this valley, making it a must see.  We will visit its gastronomic space and get to know all the details of this sturgeon caviar, its history pecularities and its elaboration in the Aran valley.  All of this accompanied with a tasting of their products where they will explain the best techniques to consume it and what to pair with it. 

First we will visit “Eth Musèu dera Nhèu” in the beautiful town of Unha.  This museum dedicated especially to snow will make us discover the importance of this white treasure in the Aran valley.
